You should not go out at night the day before the flight. If forced to go out at night, try not too much to drink alcoholic beverages. Reduce consumption of coffee or drinks too caffeinated. Lack of sleep before flying can improve the symptoms of jet lag. Make sure you get enough sleep and rest.

5. Perform Stretching

During the journey, a time to yourself to get up from his chair to stretch the legs, arms, back and neck. Stretching also makes the body more relaxed.

6. Enjoy your trip

Most cases of jet lag occurs because the patient is too tense when the plane would land. It's important to relax your mind before landing. Let's say you're sitting in a comfortable TV room couch. You can divert tension by watching TV, reading books or chatting with the person next to you.
